There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple. There are many elements of a smooth transaction, however, that are complicated and daunting. My job really doesn't begin until the contract is accepted. It doesn't matter if you are a first time buyer or a savvy investor, allow me to share my knowledge & expertise with you and enhance your experience.

I have undergone extensive training and education in order to guide you through a successful transaction. I hold the following designations: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) e-Pro, (Certified Internet Professional) CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert). What this means to you is you can count on me to be able to handle any situation that may arise. If for some reason I am unable to handle something, I have my brokers ready willing and able to assist.

Evolving in todays Real Estate Environment means: I need to be versed in how to help those losing their homes. Therefore I do Short Sales. It also means, I work with Lender Owned Properties (those homes the bank gets back). Doing the latter leads me back to Investors. We need investors to help stabilize our market. Now more than ever before, buying real estate makes sense because dropping values = cash flows for investors.
